Shipping policy

We want your False Grace order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days of being placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, where tracking is available.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, busy periods and UK bank holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

During product launches, promotional periods or periods of particularly high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep you informed of any significant delays.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

False Grace cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@falsegrace.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@falsegrace.com and include your order number.

We will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the delivery.

Please allow the estimated delivery timeframe to pass before contacting us regarding a delayed order.

International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
